Experience & Expertise

January 2016 - To date

CLIENT PARTNER, LEO BURNETT LONDON

Agency lead for ŠKODA UK responsible for steering the business relationship, driving the creative agenda, leading X-agencies and managing growth and procurement.

I was asked to champion ŠKODA the 2nd largest account in the agency. In the time, I’ve strengthened the relationship and more than doubled the fee by acquiring the digital business along with leading the UK business to develop their own local positioning and work. I spearheaded the launch of “Driven By Something Different” a platform that has that the business has embraced from the inside-out and implemented across the entire consumer journey. I've been responsible for steering & overseeing the integrated campaign for the client including digital and content creation.

Driving cultural change and creating advertising that matters is imperative. We created a campaign with ŠKODA to champion Women’s equality in cycling, by shining a light on there not being a Tour De France equivalent for Women. We partnered with a team of women and filmed them riding the entire course of the Tour De France, one day ahead of the men. This received worldwide media coverage and generated cultural contagion to raise awareness of this issue. Together we won a Glass Cannes Lion & Entertainment Lion for Diversity for championing equality. (case study available on request)

During my tenure on the brand, ŠKODA has seen the highest campaign performance results.
